Right to Request Deletion

Users may request deletion of:

• Account information
• Profile information
• Carbon footprint records
• Activity history
• Other associated personal information

How to Request

Users may submit a deletion request through:

• Contact Us page
• Registered email address
• Future self-service account settings, if implemented

Verification

To protect user privacy, deletion requests may require identity verification.

Processing Time

Verified requests will normally be processed within 30 days, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Exceptions

Certain anonymized statistical information may be retained where individual identification is no longer possible. Such information cannot be linked back to any individual.

Confirmation

Once deletion is completed, confirmation will be communicated to the requesting user wherever possible.
